This sofa is about 4 years old and is in good condition, no rips, tears, or stains and lived in a non-smoking home. It DOES include ottoman, but it is at my husband's office right now. I will have it brought home tomorrow... the ottoman is the size of one couch cushion and rectangular. The ottoman has one of the black plastic feet caps missing. The fabric cleans very well, it is black with a slightly nubby texture when you get close. The legs are metal. As far as modern sofas like this go, it's quite comfy. This sofa is HUGE- 90" long and 3 feet deep.
